# Liquid Staking Tokens

> hyloSOL and hyloSOL+:Hylo's yield-bearing and XP-focused LSTs.

Yield-bearing LST. SOL deposited into hyloSOL is staked to Hylo's institutional-grade validator, operated in partnership with [Sentinel](https://www.sentinelstake.com/) and [Phase Labs](https://www.phaselabs.io/).
